  • What currency are your prices in?
    All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).


     

  • How do I make payment?
    We accept payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer only.

EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS
 

  • I changed my mind and don't want the item anymore. Can I exchange it for another product or get a refund?
    If we have yet to ship out your order, you may request for an exchange or a refund. However, if your order has already been shipped out, all products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


     

  • Help! The item I received is damaged. What do I do?
    Yikes, that should not have happened! We do a quality check on items before shipping them out. If you have received a defected item, please contact us at 90111431 (WhatsApp/text/call) and we will assist you accordingly.

    Any returned item must be in unused condition. Artify Studio reserves the rights to reject any exchanges or returns. 

ORDERS

  • When can I receive my order?
    For self-collection, please contact us at 90111431 (WhatsApp/text/call) to arrange for collection. We require 24 hours' notice.

    For local courier delivery,  you can expect to receive it 3 - 4 business days after your order has been placed. Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. If you placed an order on Friday, your order will be processed on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Please bear with us as our weekends are dedicated to conducting our workshops and Mondays are our rest days. 

    For international delivery, depending on your country of residence, you can expect to receive it 2 - 3 weeks after your order has been placed. 

    If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to expedite your request.

    Please expect shipping delays due to COVID-19 and customs clearance.


     

  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes, we will send you the tracking details once your item has been picked up by the courier service.


     

  • What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?
    The courier service will make a maximum of three attempts during three consecutive operation days from the starting date of delivery. If redelivery is required, delivery fees will be borne by you.

DELIVERY
 

  • What are your shipping fees?
    For self-collection, there will be no delivery charges.

    For local courier delivery, fees are an additional $5.50.

    For international delivery, fees are dependent on your country of residence. Please contact us for us to advise on the shipping rates. 


     

  • I require local courier delivery. Why is the price reflected not inclusive of the fee? Is it free?
    Due to the nature of our website, all prices reflected do not include local/international delivery fees.

    For orders below $60 that require local courier delivery, kindly add $5.50 to the total reflected price for payment. We will send you an acknowledgement message via WhatsApp/text for your order and total amount payable.


     

  • My order is $60 and above. How do I get free delivery?
    Prices reflected do not include delivery fees. If your order is $60 and above and you reside in Singapore, you do not need to add any additional amount for payment ☺ We will process your order accordingly after payment has been made.


     

  • My order is $60 and above. Do I get free international delivery?
    Sorry, we do not offer any free international shipping. Please get in touch for us to advise on the shipping rates.

SELF-COLLECTION
 

  • Where can I self-collect my order?
    We are located at 200 Jalan Sultan, #12-07, Textile Centre, Singapore 199018.

    Please contact us at 90111431 
    (WhatsApp/text/call) beforehand to arrange for collection. We require 24 hours' notice. Do note that our studio is closed on Mondays.


     

  • I am at your studio but there is no one here. How??
    Oh no! There is a possibility that you came outside of our operating hours. To prevent this from happening, please ensure that you make pick-up arrangements with us 24 hours' beforehand so we can be sure someone will be around to assist you. Do note that we are closed on Mondays.
